At SB Biofuel Pvt. Ltd., we strive to maintain top quality across every shipment of biomass briquettes and pellets.
Wholesale orders once confirmed can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once loading, compression, or transport dispatch has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed.
Refunds are processed solely for approved cancelled orders or verifiable transport damage prior to unloading. Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.
Biomass briquettes and pellets must be stored in dry, covered warehouses to avoid moisture degradation once delivered.
